Amends Section 45-9-101 of the Mississippi Code to exempt law enforcement officers and professional bondsmen from concealed weapons licensing requirements when carrying within or outside their employment jurisdiction, regardless of whether they are performing official duties.

Requires law enforcement officers and professional bondsmen to present proof of employment (official badge or employee identification card) upon request when carrying concealed weapons outside their jurisdiction of employment.

Applies the exemption to all law enforcement officers as defined in Section 45-6-3, chiefs of police, sheriffs, and persons licensed as professional bondsmen under Chapter 39, Title 83 of the Mississippi Code.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
