Reduces the concealed carry permit license fee from $100 to $50 for initial applications.

Reduces the renewal fee from $50 to $25, and reduces the renewal fee for Mississippi residents aged 65 and older from $25 to $15.

Maintains exemptions from all licensing and renewal fees for honorably retired law enforcement officers and disabled veterans.

Applies to licenses to carry stun guns, concealed pistols, or revolvers, which remain valid for five years from issuance.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
