Adds burglary of a vehicle under Section 97-17-33(1) to the list of felonies eligible for expunction five years after sentence completion, limited to one expunction per person.

Increases the age threshold for felony expunction eligibility from eighteen to twenty-one years old at time of offense, allowing expunction five years after sentence completion.

Maintains exclusions from age-based expunction for violent crimes including rape, sexual battery, murder, manslaughter, carjacking, commercial/dwelling burglary, cyberstalking, child exploitation, and armed robbery.

Requires petitioner to provide ten days' written notice to district attorney before expunction hearing, with court determining rehabilitation on the record.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
