Increases penalty for procuring sexual servitude of a minor from 5-30 years imprisonment to life imprisonment, and increases minimum fine from $50,000 to $100,000.

Increases penalty for human trafficking or procuring involuntary servitude of non-minor victims from 2-20 years to 25 years up to life imprisonment, and increases fine range from $10,000-$100,000 to $50,000-$250,000.

Allows enterprises to be prosecuted for human trafficking offenses if agents knowingly commit the offense for the enterprise's benefit, or if employees engage in the conduct as part of a pattern that an agent knew about or recklessly disregarded.

Requires any person with reasonable cause to suspect a minor is a trafficking victim to report immediately to the Department of Human Services and the Statewide Human Trafficking Coordinator, and protects identified minor victims from criminal liability.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
