Amends Section 43-47-5 of the Mississippi Code to remove the exemption for adult day services programs from the Vulnerable Persons Act.

Eliminates the previous exemption that excluded programs licensed and certified by the Mississippi Department of Mental Health from the Act's protections.

Removes the exemption for adult day services programs serving ten or fewer individuals provided by licensed institutions for the aged or infirm.

Adult day services facilities are now fully subject to the Act's protections, defined as community-based group programs providing health, social and support services to adults with impairments in a protective setting.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
