Amends Mississippi Code Section 99-19-51 to mandate lethal injection as the method of execution using ultra short-acting barbiturates or similar drugs combined with chemical paralytic agents.

Establishes an execution team selected by the Commissioner of the Department of Corrections, including the state executioner, deputies, medical personnel, and support staff involved in administering lethal chemicals.

Exempts the identities of all execution team members, lethal injection drug suppliers, and confidential witnesses from disclosure under the Mississippi Public Records Act.

Prohibits knowingly disclosing identities of execution team members, drug suppliers, or confidential witnesses, with violators subject to civil liability for actual damages and punitive damages for willful violations.

Provides immunity from civil and criminal liability for persons and institutions participating in lawful executions in good faith, and prevents licensing boards from disciplining licensed professionals who participate in executions.
