Authorizes chancery courts to order individuals held in mental health facilities if evidence and testimony demonstrate they have a propensity to commit sex offenses as defined in Section 45-33-23.

Requires individuals to remain in the mental health facility until two licensed physicians determine through physical and mental examination that the person no longer poses such a propensity.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
