Expands Section 49-7-79 to include fishing, trapping, and other activities regulated by the Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks as unlawful trespassing activities.

Establishes tiered penalties for trespassing while engaged in regulated outdoor activities: $500 fine for first offense, $1,000 for second offense, and $1,500 fine plus 30 days to 6 months jail time plus possible hunting/fishing license suspension for third or subsequent offenses.

Amends Section 97-17-93 to apply the enhanced penalties from Section 49-7-79 when trespassing occurs for purposes of hunting, fishing, trapping, or other regulated activities.

Amends Section 97-17-85 to apply the enhanced penalties from Section 49-7-79 when trespassing occurs for purposes of hunting, fishing, trapping, or other regulated activities.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
