Increases the uniform fee for service of process in civil and criminal cases from $35.00 to $40.00 per summons, warrant, writ, or other notice.

Adds a new $40.00 fee for service of all process issued from outside the county where it is to be served.

Increases the fee for levy of execution on judgments and attachment and garnishment proceedings from $35.00 to $40.00.

Maintains the $5.00 additional fee for service on each additional defendant residing at the same household.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
