Creates the Mississippi Task Force on Open Adoptions to review open adoption rules in other states and assess the impact of implementing such policies in Mississippi

Task force comprises seven members including chairs of relevant House and Senate committees, executive directors of the Department of Human Services and Department of Health, and one adoption advocate appointed by the Governor

Task force shall review current Mississippi adoption laws, study open adoption legislation in other states, analyze positive and negative implications, and make recommendations on whether Mississippi should adopt open adoption policies

Requires the task force to submit a detailed report of findings and recommendations to the Legislature and Governor by January 1, 2016, after which the task force shall be dissolved

Task force members receive per diem compensation as provided in Section 25-3-69 and reimbursement for travel expenses; all state agencies must cooperate by providing relevant information
