Transfers responsibility for maintaining the state central registry of youth court cases from the Office of Youth Services to the Administrative Office of Courts.

Requires youth courts to furnish case information through the Mississippi Youth Court Information Delivery System (MYCIDS) or other forms to the Administrative Office of Courts instead of the Office of Youth Services.

Central registry files remain confidential and not open to public inspection, with violations subject to penalties under Section 43-21-267.

Removes the requirement that the Office of Youth Services annually publish statistical records of youth court cases.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
