Creates a state court cause of action for sexual harassment affecting employees who experience unwanted sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, or other physical conduct of a sexual nature prohibited by federal law.

Entitles employees who experience sexual harassment to pursue all civil remedies including damages in Mississippi state courts.

Prohibits employers from requiring employees to waive this cause of action as a condition of employment through contract or agreement.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
