Creates the position of "jurist-in-residence" to be funded from the Youth Court Support Fund, appointed by and serving at the pleasure of the Mississippi Supreme Court to address youth court issues.

The jurist-in-residence reports to the Administrative Office of Courts and is funded through existing Youth Court Support Fund appropriations.

Amends Section 9-21-9 to grant the Administrative Director of Courts authority to supervise the jurist-in-residence position.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
