Designates two segments of Mississippi Highway 550 in Lincoln County as the "Peyton Coleman Flowers Memorial Highway"

First segment begins at the eastern edge of the school zone near Loyd Star Attendance Center and extends one mile eastward

Second segment begins at the western edge of the school zone near Loyd Star Attendance Center and extends one mile westward

Requires the Mississippi Department of Transportation to erect and maintain appropriate signage along and approaching the designated highway segments

Effective date of July 1, 2015
