Amends Section 63-3-309 of the Mississippi Code to allow motorcycles to proceed through red lights under specific conditions.

Permits a motorcycle that is the sole occupant of a lane and does not trigger the sensor for a green light to cautiously enter the intersection to proceed through or make a turn.

Requires motorcycles proceeding under this provision to yield the right-of-way to pedestrians lawfully in adjacent crosswalks and to other vehicular traffic lawfully using the intersection.

Prohibits motorcycles from making turns under this provision if a "No Turn On Red" sign is posted.

Takes effect on July 1, 2015.
