Removes the reversion clause from property in Hinds County that the State Mineral Lease Commission sold to Jackson in 1944 for $50,000, eliminating the requirement that the property revert to the state if Jackson fails to use it for park purposes.

Authorizes the Department of Finance and Administration to execute a corrected deed reflecting removal of the use condition on the 313-acre parcel in Jackson.

Brings forward Chapter 395 of the 1946 Laws to correct a typographical error in the original property description from Chapter 442 of the 1944 Laws.

Preserves the state's oil, gas, and mineral rights in the property with rights of ingress and egress, subject to municipal consent before any well or mine locations.

Maintains other original conditions including Jackson's obligation to construct and maintain streets (at least 100 feet wide) and develop the property as a park.
