Grants civil immunity from liability for damage caused by forcibly entering a locked motor vehicle to remove a minor if six conditions are met.

Requires the person to determine the vehicle is locked or the minor cannot exit, and have a reasonable good faith belief the minor is in imminent danger.

Mandates contacting local law enforcement, fire department, or 911 prior to forcibly entering the vehicle.

Requires placing a notice on the windshield with the rescuer's contact information, reason for entry, minor's location, and confirmation that authorities were notified.

Requires the rescuer to remain with the minor in a safe location until emergency responders arrive and to use only the minimum force necessary; immunity does not apply if the person provides aid beyond removal from the vehicle.
