Amends Section 45-13-9 of the Mississippi Code to permit year-round retail sales of fireworks, removing previous seasonal restrictions (June 15 - July 5 and December 5 - January 2).

Maintains prohibition on selling fireworks to persons under 12 years of age.

Retains existing restrictions on igniting or discharging fireworks within 600 feet of churches, hospitals, or schools, and within 75 feet of fireworks storage or sales locations.

Prohibits igniting, discharging, or throwing fireworks within, from, into, or at motor vehicles.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
