Amends Section 79-29-1203 of the Mississippi Code to delete the repeal clause that was set to expire on July 1, 2015.

Establishes filing fees for limited liability companies payable to the Secretary of State, ranging from $25 to $250 depending on the document type.

Allows the Secretary of State to reduce or discount filing fees to encourage online filing and to charge additional reasonable fees for expedited filing services.

Makes the limited liability company fee schedule permanent by removing the sunset provision that would have terminated the fee structure.
