Extends the repealer date for Section 25-15-15 from July 1, 2015 to July 1, 2018, maintaining the current state employee health insurance contribution requirements through that date.

Continues the requirement that Mississippi provide 50% of life insurance costs and 100% of health insurance costs for active full-time employees initially hired before January 1, 2006.

Maintains the provision that employees hired on or after January 1, 2006 receive 100% of basic health insurance coverage from the state, with the option to purchase additional coverage at their own expense.

Preserves the board's authority to assess active full-time employees up to $20 per month toward health insurance premiums if necessary.

Effective July 1, 2015.
