Extends the repeal date for nursing home administrator licensure requirements from July 1, 2015 to July 1, 2018.

Exempts licensees of the State Department of Mental Health holding a mental health/intellectual disability program administrator license from nursing home administrator licensure requirements if employed as Administrator of an Intermediate Care Facility for persons with Intellectual Disabilities with no more than 16 beds.

Maintains existing eligibility requirements for nursing home administrator licensure, including education credentials, work experience, criminal background checks, and passage of the National Association of Long-Term Care Administrator Board (NAB) examination.

Effective July 1, 2015.
