Reenacts Section 41-29-176 of Mississippi Code regarding administrative forfeiture procedures for property seized under the Uniform Controlled Substances Law with a value not exceeding $20,000.

Until July 1, 2015, permits notice of forfeiture to be published on an official state government forfeiture website maintained by the Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics for property valued at $10,000 or less, as an alternative to newspaper publication.

From July 1, 2015 forward, eliminates the option for website publication and requires notice by newspaper publication in the county where seizure occurred.

Extends the repeal date of the administrative forfeiture law from July 1, 2015 to July 1, 2018.

Becomes effective July 1, 2015.
