Amends Section 63-3-603, Mississippi Code of 1972, to regulate left-hand lane usage on multi-lane roadways.

Prohibits drivers from continuing to operate a motor vehicle in the left-hand lane on roads with two or more lanes in the same direction, except when overtaking and passing another vehicle, preparing for a left turn at an intersection or private driveway, or in an emergency situation.

Applies to roads, streets, and highways with at least two lanes moving in the same direction, excluding municipal through roads or bypasses.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
