Reenacts sections 55-15-51 through 55-15-62 of Mississippi Code of 1972 to continue the Mississippi Veterans Monument Commission's authority to design, construct, and maintain monuments honoring Mississippi veterans.

Extends the repealer date of the Commission from July 1, 2015 to July 1, 2018, allowing the Commission to continue operating for an additional three years.

Authorizes the Commission to solicit private donations for three trust funds: the Veterans Monument Trust Fund, the Shiloh Confederate Memorial Trust Fund (with up to $250,000 in state matching funds), and the Congressional Medal of Honor Monument Trust Fund.

Limits appointed commission members to per diem compensation of no more than twelve meetings per year and requires the Commission to submit annual reports to the Military Affairs Committees of both chambers by November of each year.

Specifies that upon completion of monuments, remaining trust fund monies shall be transferred to the Mississippi War Veterans Memorial Commission for ongoing maintenance of veterans monuments and memorials.
