Extends the repeal date of Section 69-5-114, Mississippi Code of 1972, from July 1, 2015 to July 1, 2018.

Allows members of Future Farmers of America, 4-H Club, Junior Livestock Association, Mississippi Cattlemen's Association, and United States Pony Club, Inc. to hold up to three animal or livestock shows or sales per year at no charge for facility use or utilities.

Applies to livestock facilities constructed, renovated, or expanded with funds from the grant program authorized under Chapter 530, Laws of 1995.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
