Extends the repeal date of Section 67-1-52 from July 1, 2015 to July 1, 2018, continuing authorization for package retailers to conduct tasting and sampling events with Department of Revenue approval.

Allows package retailers to offer free tastes or samples of alcoholic beverages at their permitted location within a cordoned-off area limited to 4 hours per event.

Restricts wine samples to 1.25 ounces per taste with maximum 5 ounces per person and distilled spirit samples to 0.25 ounces per taste with maximum 1 ounce per person per event.

Requires event organizers to maintain accurate records of beverages consumed and submit accounting to the Department of Revenue within 10 days of the event.

Prohibits participants under 21 years old, limits events to one per three-month period, and requires only package retailer employees to serve samples from the retailer's existing inventory.
