Extends the repeal date of Section 47-7-49, Mississippi Code of 1972, from June 30, 2015, to June 30, 2018, allowing the Community Service Revolving Fund to continue operating.

Requires offenders on probation, parole, earned-release supervision, post-release supervision, earned probation, or field supervision to pay $55.00 per month to the Department of Corrections, with hardship waivers available for up to 90 days.

Directs that $50.00 of each monthly payment goes to the Community Service Revolving Fund for restitution centers, Drug Identification Program, and supervision programs; $3.00 goes to the Crime Victims' Compensation Fund; and $2.00 goes to the Training Revolving Fund.

Limits the payment obligation to a maximum of 10 years and allows courts to impose imprisonment on offenders who are financially able to pay but fail to do so.

Takes effect June 30, 2015.
