Extends the repeal date of the Grenada Tourism Commission and related tourist and convention tax provisions from September 30, 2015 to September 30, 2018.

Authorizes the City of Grenada to levy a tourism tax of up to 2% on hotel and motel room rentals and up to 1% on restaurant and bar gross receipts.

Requires an indirect referendum process where if 20% (or 1,500, whichever is less) of qualified city electors file a written protest within 45-60 days of the tax continuation resolution, an election must be held to determine whether the tax continues.

Establishes a seven-member Grenada Tourism Commission composed of representatives from restaurant and hotel associations, the Chamber of Commerce, and city-appointed at-large members.

Dedicates tax revenues to tourism promotion, with 50% placed in an interest-bearing escrow fund for convention center construction and operation.
