Appropriates $2,047,273 for Senate member salaries and related expenses, plus $4,727,636 for the Senate Contingent Fund for fiscal year 2016

Allocates funding for joint legislative committees: $3,365,645 for the Joint Legislative Budget Committee, $2,679,321 for the Performance Evaluation and Expenditure Review Committee, $450,000 for the Joint Legislative Code Committee, and $145,300 for the Reapportionment Committee

Provides $2,262,132 for House and $982,331 for Senate monthly expense allowances, plus $377,309 for state assessments including Interstate Cooperation ($275,932) and Southern States Energy Board ($29,077)

Reappropriates unexpended balances from prior fiscal year: $300,000 for House, $555,000 for Senate, $500,000 for joint operations, and $50,000 for the Performance Evaluation Committee
