Appropriates $8,787,654.00 from the State General Fund and $28,560,271.00 from special funds to the Office of the Attorney General for fiscal year 2016 (July 1, 2015 - June 30, 2016).

Authorizes 108 permanent full-time positions and 216 time-limited full-time positions for the Attorney General's Office.

Establishes performance measures and targets across multiple areas including litigation, opinions, training, Medicaid fraud, crime victims compensation, and insurance enforcement.

Reappropriates $3,915,719.00 from the Budget Contingency Fund for BP Litigation and $100,000.00 from the Capital Expense Fund for the Metro Area Crime Elimination (MACE) Program.

Requires the Attorney General to file a motion to dismiss the case Olivia Y. et al. v. Phil Bryant, et al., Civil Action 3:04CV251LN in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi.
