Appropriates $7,501,738 from the General Fund and $1,480,901 from special funds to the Mississippi State Supreme Court for fiscal year 2016 (July 1, 2015 - June 30, 2016), including the Supreme Court, Court Clerk's Office, and State Law Library.

Appropriates $24,580,771 from the General Fund and $3,766,020 from special funds (including $400,000 from the Criminal Justice Fund) for special judges, chancellors, and circuit judges, authorizing 109 permanent full-time positions with up to $8,720,000 allocated for judge support staff.

Appropriates $7,494,534 from the General Fund and $30,311,908 from special funds to the Administrative Office of Courts, including $150,000 for a Drug Treatment Court Program in Hinds County and $4,100,000 for the Drug Court Program.

Appropriates $5,649,750 from the General Fund and $539,515 from special funds to the Court of Appeals, authorizing 58 permanent full-time positions; provides $183,386 for continuing legal education and $401,671 for the Board of Bar Admissions.

Establishes special funding provisions including $2,000,000 for Comprehensive Electronic Court Systems, $1,875,000 for the Youth Court Support Fund, and $2,919,400 for court reporter salary increases contingent on passage of HB 1049.
