Appropriates $10,306,190.00 from the State General Fund and $37,694,520.00 from special funds to the Department of Archives and History for fiscal year 2016 (July 1, 2015 - June 30, 2016).

Authorizes 153 permanent full-time positions, 7 permanent part-time positions, 6 time-limited full-time positions, and 6 time-limited part-time positions.

Allocates $2,000,000.00 from the Mississippi Landmark Grant Fund for preservation of Mississippi Landmark Properties and $100,000.00 for Beauvoir Shrine capital development and maintenance.

Provides $750,000.00 for repair and renovation of the New Capitol, Old Capitol, Governor's Mansion, and War Memorial Building, plus $50,000.00 for the Statewide Oral History Project and $665,000.00 for various county and heritage projects.

Requires the agency to maintain accounting records at the same level of detail as fiscal year 2015 and to charge maximum allowable amounts for services rendered.
