Appropriates $8,780,170 from the State General Fund and $72,025,143 from special funds for the Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks for fiscal year 2016 (July 1, 2015 - June 30, 2016)

Authorizes 659 permanent full-time positions and 53 time-limited full-time positions, with $550 annual uniform allowance for conservation officers and supervisors

Allocates $5,750,000 from state gasoline and petroleum product excise taxes to the Fisheries and Wildlife Fund, and $125,335 from the Education Enhancement Fund for Project WILD

Sets performance targets including 570,000 hunting and fishing licenses sold, 2 million fish stocked in public waters, 12,000 hunter education participants, and 115,000 museum visitors

Limits Motor Vehicle Fund expenditures to $1,500,000 for vehicle purchases, designates $1,750,000 for Special Projects operations, and provides $175,000 for a cooperative agreement with Mississippi Cooperative Extension Service
