Reappropriates $17,890,997 from Fund 3393100000 to the Department of Finance and Administration for construction, repair, and renovation projects at state agencies and institutions authorized in prior fiscal years, for fiscal year 2016.

Reappropriates $6,003,474 from Fund 6493C00000 for Capital Expense Funds for construction and repair projects at various state agencies and institutions, as authorized in SB 2902 (2014) and SB 2896 (2013).

Reappropriates $14,620,817 from Fund 6493D00000 for Capital Expense Funds for construction and repair projects at Institutions of Higher Learning, Community and Junior Colleges, and other state agencies.

Limits expenditures to the unexpended balance as of June 30, 2015, and prohibits any change to the original purpose of the funds for all three reappropriations.

Authorizes the Bureau of Building, Grounds and Real Property Management to receive, budget, and expend state, local, or other source funds designated for supplemental funding of construction and renovation projects, effective July 1, 2015.
