Amends Mississippi Code Section 91-7-259 to allow persons and financial institutions to transfer personal property or funds of a decedent to an executor or administrator qualified in another state or country without requiring prior court filing in Mississippi.

Permits banks and financial institutions to rely solely on a certified copy of the executor or administrator's appointment and qualification record from the state or country where they are qualified, without further inquiry.

Removes the previous requirement for executors or administrators to file documentation in the chancery court clerk's office of the county where the decedent had property or debts before receiving the decedent's property or funds.

Effective July 1, 2015.
