Expands the Law Enforcement Officers and Firefighters Death Benefits Trust Fund to include coroners and emergency management agency personnel.

Clarifies that volunteer firefighters are covered by the trust fund even if not employed by an employer, and includes firefighters who conduct training at the Mississippi State Fire Academy.

Adds constables to the definition of law enforcement officers covered by the fund.

Maintains the $100,000 death benefit payment when a covered individual is killed or fatally injured while performing official duties, with payments distributed to designated beneficiaries or surviving family members.

Renames the fund the "Law Enforcement Officers, Firefighters, Coroners and Emergency Management Agency Personnel Death Benefits Trust Fund" and assigns management responsibilities to the Department of Public Safety.
