Defines "foreign law" as any law, rule, legal code or legal system other than U.S. Constitution, U.S. laws and treaties, state constitutions and laws, Native American tribal law, the Mississippi Constitution of 1890, and Mississippi state laws.

Prohibits courts, arbitrators, administrative agencies and other adjudicative, mediation or enforcement authorities from enforcing foreign law if doing so would violate rights guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution or Mississippi Constitution of 1890.

Effective July 1, 2015.
