Amends Mississippi Code Section 73-25-38 to include dentists in immunity protections previously limited to physicians, physician assistants, and certified nurse practitioners.

Extends immunity to dentists who voluntarily provide health services without expectation of payment due to patient inability to pay, provided services are rendered in good faith on a charitable basis.

Requires a written waiver executed in advance between dentist and patient (except in emergency care situations) specifying services are provided without expectation of payment.

Excludes immunity for willful or gross negligence, and applies immunity standards to dentists assisting with emergency management or disaster response without fee or compensation.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
