Creates "The Mississippi Children's Motor Vehicle Rescue Act" to grant civil immunity to persons who forcibly enter a motor vehicle to remove a minor from the vehicle.

Grants immunity if the person determines the vehicle is locked or has no reasonable exit method and has a good faith, reasonable belief the minor is in imminent danger requiring immediate removal.

Requires the person to contact local law enforcement, fire department, or 911 prior to forcibly entering the vehicle and to place a notice on the windshield with contact information, reason for entry, minor's location, and notification status.

Requires the person to remain with the minor in a safe location close to the vehicle until emergency responders arrive and to use only the force necessary to enter and remove the child.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
