Amends Section 33-15-15 to provide workers' compensation coverage to personnel registered in the Mississippi Responder Management System for death, disability, or injury while responding to officially declared emergencies or emergency preparedness training.

Compensation payments to heirs in case of death or to individuals in case of injury or disability shall follow payment schedules contained in the Mississippi Workers' Compensation Law.

Applies to responders not otherwise covered by existing emergency management support force provisions who are registered in the state's health and medical responder credentialing and deployment system.

Brings forward Section 71-3-5 regarding employers subject to workers' compensation law provisions for possible amendment.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
