Permits insurance agents in Mississippi to dispose of signed insurance documents three years after policy cancellation or expiration, effective July 1, 2015

Applies only to documents signed on or after July 1, 2015

Prohibits destruction of documents whose retention period expires during litigation, claims, negotiations, audits, public information requests, administrative reviews, or other related actions until all matters are resolved
