Requires all-terrain vehicle (ATV) owners who are Mississippi residents to register their vehicles with the sheriff's department of their county of residence beginning July 1, 2015.

Registration forms must include owner name and address, age and sex, vehicle make/model/serial number, acquisition information, and usual storage location, with copies filed by sheriff and forwarded to Department of Public Safety within 30 days.

Department of Public Safety must establish and maintain a statewide ATV registration network to provide immediate response to law enforcement agencies regarding ATV-related reports or complaints.

Sheriffs issue registration decals to registrants at time of registration; decals contain identifying information visible from a reasonable distance.

Registration fee is $10.00 total: $6.00 forwarded to Department of Public Safety for network expenses and $4.00 retained by sheriff's county for deposit into general fund.
