Expands the Mississippi Dyslexia Therapy Scholarship program to include students in Grades 1-12, increasing eligibility from the previous Grade 1-6 limitation.

Allows eligible students with diagnosed dyslexia to attend a public school of choice outside their assigned school or receive a scholarship to a nonpublic school providing comprehensive dyslexia therapy.

Requires dyslexia therapy to be delivered by state-licensed dyslexia therapists using research-based, Orton-Gillingham instructional methods in small group settings.

Makes scholarships continuous until the student returns to a public school or completes Grade 12, providing educational stability for eligible students.

Requires local school districts to evaluate students with dyslexia for IDEA eligibility before developing Section 504 Plans and to provide intervention strategies addressing reading, spelling, and writing proficiency.
