Raises the age threshold in Section 21-23-7 for municipal court misdemeanor convictions eligible for expunction from 23 to 26 years old, allowing first offenders convicted before age 26 to use Section 99-19-71 expunction procedures.

Expands Section 99-19-71 to allow petitioners to expunge multiple convictions instead of limiting to one felony expunction, changing "one (1) conviction" to "conviction(s)" for both adult and juvenile offenders.

Broadens eligibility for juvenile felony expunction (under age 18) by removing the one-expunction limit per person, while maintaining exceptions for violent crimes and sex offenses.

Adds "possession with intent to sell, barter, transfer, manufacture, distribute or dispense" to the list of drug-related felonies eligible for expunction under Section 99-19-71(2)(a).

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
