Amends Section 97-29-61 to add "or remains" to trespass provisions and expands the definition of voyeurism to include spying on sexual conduct, genitals, or non-publicly visible undergarments of building occupants.

Increases felonious trespass penalty from up to 5 years imprisonment to up to 10 years when the victim is a child under 16 years of age.

Amends Section 97-29-63 to expand nonconsensual photography/recording offenses to include sexual conduct, genitals, or non-publicly visible undergarments of another person without permission.

Increases penalty for photographing or recording a child under 16 years of age without consent from up to 5 years to up to 10 years imprisonment, with a fine of $5,000 or both.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
