Amends Section 27-19-81 of Mississippi Code to expand harvest permit eligibility to include vehicles carrying disposal well waters, in addition to existing categories like sand, gravel, wood chips, and agricultural products.

Harvest permits remain valid only for highways designated by the Mississippi Department of Transportation as incapable of carrying more than 57,650 pounds at maximum gross weight, and do not apply to federal interstate highways.

Permit fee remains Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) per permit with a one-year expiration date; fees are deposited into a special fund and distributed quarterly to counties for road and bridge purposes.

This subsection authorizing harvest permits is repealed effective July 1, 2016.

Effective date is July 1, 2015.
