Allows Medicaid recipients to complete regular eligibility redeterminations by mail instead of requiring in-person meetings.

Prohibits the Division of Medicaid from requiring recipients to attend face-to-face interviews or in-person meetings for eligibility redetermination.

Maintains federal requirement that eligibility be redetermined no less frequently than required by federal law.

Effective July 1, 2015.
