Amends Section 63-15-3 of the Mississippi Code to allow liability insurance required under the Motor Vehicle Safety-Responsibility Law to contain exclusions and limitations on coverage.

Exclusions and limitations language or forms must be filed with and approved by the Commissioner of Insurance before being used in policies.

Maintains existing liability insurance requirements: $25,000 per person/$50,000 per accident for bodily injury or death, and $25,000 per accident for property damage.

Effective July 1, 2015.
