Amends Section 49-7-5 and Section 49-7-9 of the Mississippi Code to exempt spouses of active-duty Armed Forces members (including Reserves and National Guard) from hunting and fishing license requirements.

Spouse exemption applies while hunting or fishing with or without their active-duty spouse, provided they have proof of marital status from their spouse's military branch and any other proof required by the commission.

Exemption aligns with existing provisions that already exempt active-duty service members on leave from outside the state from purchasing hunting and fishing licenses.

Exempted persons remain subject to all other hunting and fishing regulations and ordinances established by the Mississippi Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks Commission.

Effective date: July 1, 2015.
