Requires all recipients of Medicaid, Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP), and State and School Employees Health Insurance Plan benefits to undergo annual testing and screening for illegal drug use, alcohol abuse, Hepatitis B and C, tuberculosis, and sexually transmitted diseases.

Mandates that the cost of all required testing and screening be covered as a benefit under each respective program or plan.

Authorizes the State and School Employees Health Insurance Management Board and the Executive Director of the Division of Medicaid to adopt rules and regulations necessary to implement these screening requirements.

Amends Section 25-15-9 and Section 43-13-117 of Mississippi Code to require inclusion of coverage for testing and screening services in the State and School Employees Health Insurance Plan and Medicaid programs.

Effective date: July 1, 2015.
